Manufacturing Facilities
We operate from two strategically located and government-licensed manufacturing units in West Bengal:

Located at 17 Canal Street, Kolkata-700014, in the heart of the city, our facility is within 30 minutes of three major railway terminals and the international airport.

Located at 72/A P.K. Banerjee Road, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas, adjacent to Sashan Road Railway Station and the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass (South Extension), this unit is less than an hour's drive from our other facility.

Both factories are seamlessly connected through reliable communication systems and supported by a dedicated fleet for efficient transportation of personnel and materials.
In-House R&D and Engineering Excellence
Our dedicated R&D Centre, located at 17 Canal Street, Kolkata-700014, serves as a hub of innovation where we design and develop both standard and safety-critical embedded systems for railway applications. Our team of engineers and domain experts are highly experienced and certified in railway safety engineering, adhering to international SIL standards (EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129) up to SIL-4.
Safety Assurance & Regulatory Compliance
We place paramount importance on safety. Our development and manufacturing processes include complete lifecycle safety documentation for embedded systems, which are validated by internationally recognized Independent Safety Assessors (ISAs) empanelled by RDSO—ensuring full regulatory compliance and operational assurance.
Strict Quality Control
Our manufacturing processes include a multi-tiered statistical quality control system beginning with incoming raw materials, continuing through production stages of sub-assemblies, cabinet wiring, and final integration. Products are then presented for inspection by RDSO or Railway-approved third-party agencies such as TUV, Intertek, RITES, or Bureau Veritas. We maintain stringent traceability of all electronic components to facilitate precise tracking in the event of any contingencies, in alignment with RDSO standards.
End-to-End Manufacturing
From rapid prototyping to final assembly, our facilities are fully vertically integrated. We offer comprehensive capabilities including PCB design and manufacturing, ESD-protected assembly lines for both SMD and leaded components, advanced testing infrastructure with simulators and emulators, and in-house Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) to evaluate performance under real-world railway conditions.

We have a dedicated team of over 50 skilled technicians and engineers, strategically positioned across India, who are proficient in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our systems. This ensures on-time support of the installed systems throughout it’s product life-cycle. Their efforts are seamlessly supported by our headquarters through real-time online and video call assistance provided by stationed experts, coordinators, and technical managers. Additionally, a reserve team of senior professionals is always on standby to swiftly address critical issues or emergencies, ensuring uninterrupted service and operational excellence.
